Single pieces (scarves and blankets) are usually knit within 3 to 5 working days after we have received full payment.

Production of 20 to 100 scarves usually takes 2 - 3 weeks, for larger amounts, please enquire.

For single pieces:
Please add desired items to cart, final shipping costs are displayed in your cart before completing your order.
Unless specified otherwise, we ship international orders by German Post surface mail or DHL eco (which is the cheapest and slowest way of transport).
Please allow 3 to 5 days for shipping to European countries, 7 to 14 days for overseas deliveries.

For 5 or more pieces:
Please enquire with desired quantity and country of destination. See table below for DHL eco delivery costs.

For larger amounts, please enquire.

UPS Express Services available on request, about 2 to 3 times the price for DHL eco, but usually only 2 or 3 working days delivery time to US and Canada.

Credit Card via PayPal
You can pay by credit card using PayPal. Sorry we can't process credit cards directly, so please don't send us your credit card number by email.

Bank transfer / payment in advance.
Mainly for EU countries, bank transfer is the fastest and cheapest way of payment. Please use the bank information given in our order confirmation email to transfer the full amount due.
Especially don't forget to use the IBAN and BIC codes, for these will make the processing of the money order more swiftly at lower cost.
Money orders from Non-European banks can be expensive, so please check with your bank how much they will charge you BEFORE transfering the money.

• Status "Pending" - We have received your order
• Status "Processing" - We have received your payment, ordered products are in production.
• Status "Delivered" - Your order has been dispatched.

In case your order does not appear in the order history, you probably haven't fully completed it. When logged in, please check if there are any items in your shopping cart, and fully complete checkout procedure.
