Single pieces:
scarves and blankets are usually knitted within 3 to 5 working days after we have received full payment.
For larger amounts: please enquire, e.g. 20 to 100 scarves usually take 2 - 3 weeks to produce.

For single pieces and small amounts:
Please add desired items to cart, final shipping costs are displayed in your cart before completing your order.

Unless specified otherwise, we ship international orders by German Post surface mail or DHL eco (which is the cheapest and slowest way of transport).

Please allow 3 to 5 days for shipping to European countries, 5 to 14 days for overseas deliveries.

For 10 or more pieces:
Please enquire, tell us desired quantity and country of destination. UPS Express Services available on request.

Credit Card via PayPal-Service
You can pay by credit card using the PayPal service. We receive an instant payment notification and can start producing your order right away. If you haven`t registered with PayPal yet, click here to learn more about PayPal.

Money order / payment in advance.
Please use the bank information given in our order confirmation email to transfer the full amount due.
Especially don't forget to provide the IBAN and BIC codes, for these will make the processing of the money order more swiftly at lower cost.
Money orders from Non-European banks can be expensive, please check with your bank how much they will charge you before transfering the money.

Please contact us if you don't receive a order confirmation email.

• Status "Pending" - We have received your order
• Status "Processing" - We have received your payment, ordered products are in production.
• Status "Delivered" - Your order has been dispatched.

In case your order does not appear in the order history, you probably haven't fully completed it. When logged in, please check if there are any items in your shopping cart, and fully complete checkout procedure.
